I offer compassionate, steady support to help you develop your own sense of self and better understand how to create healthy relationship dynamics. Through a trauma informed lens and with training in multiple modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples I am here to support you with gentle guidance, education, and best practices as we walk toward health and healing and a more fulfilling life in connection with others.

This three-month grief coaching package offers steady, compassionate guidance as you navigate loss in a way that feels true to you. Together, we create space for healing, cultivate remembrance, and find ways to carry your grief with greater ease. Whether your loss is recent or years in the past, you do not have to walk this path alone.

This three-month package includes weekly 60-minute sessions, and personalized support and tools for each participant.
